angel_janeWell the episodes were great I have to say i could seriously fall for Barrowman. Yes he is tall dark haired, good looking and skinny looking (all the things that ring my bell).
Episode One
Told through the eyes of Gwen, a cop on the Cardiff beat, is called to a murder where torchwood take over, she see’s them resurrect a man (age 19) he is murdered by a character we later learn of as a weevil who have come from elsewhere via a rift (re: Boomtown Season 1 Dr. Who) Gwen gets suspicious of Captain jack and follows him, after seeing a weevil murder a porter (blood galore) in the end she manages to work out where they are via pizza delivery that they are beneath Cardiff bay. There she learns all about torchwood, Jack then takes her out for a drink, spikes it to cause amnesia, she goes off tries to type in on her computer and it is deleted remotely. She forgets!! It is only with an image of a knife that killed the murder victim at the top of the show that tweaks her memory, she ends up above torchwood where she encounters one of the people of torchwood who has been killing with the knife she ends up shooting Jack through the head and aims for Gwen, Jack appears behind her, bullet wound in head healing (apparently Rose when she healed him left him unable to die) and the woman kills herself. Jack invites Gwen to join Torchwood.
Episode 2
A meteor flies over Cardiff and crashes in the investigation of it Gwen manages to release an alien which manages to infest the body of a 19 year old woman, she then shags a guy until he comes and goes (he ends up as a pool of dust) it turns out the alien lives on energy, and it has come in search of orgasmic energy. They capture her and she ends up snogging Gwen and gets repulsed when she realises the pieces don’t fit. She manages to escape but not before undressing one of the underlings. They manage to find out what is going to happen to the girl involved (rat jam was the description) she will explode! They find her but not before she shags five guys to death, including the ex who was cheating on the mother of his kid and a gay guy! They manage to trick the alien out of the girl and trap it in a force field where the Earths atmosphere kills it.
